Return of items
The item (s) offered for sale by LUCE SAS are those present on the website (www.luce-shop.com) on the day of the consultation of the website by the Customer.
LUCE SAS brings the greatest accuracy possible in the presentation and description of its items on its website. However, if non-substantial errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, it could not be held liable.
The photographs of the items are not contractual.
Unavailable items/Delays in Delivery
LUCE SAS will honor orders placed by the customer within the limits of available stocks and will make best efforts to keep the availability of items on the website up to date.
In the event that, despite the vigilance of LUCE SAS, one or more items ordered by a customer were temporarily or permanently unavailable, or if delivery times were to exceed by 30 (30) days the date indicated of the order (except in cases of « force majeure »), LUCE SAS will inform the customer by email. The customer will then have the possibility to modify or cancel his order by email sent to email@example.com.
In the hypotheses of this paragraph, LUCE SAS undertakes to reimburse the customer whose payment has already been debited as soon as possible and at the latest within twenty-five (25) days of payment. No compensation will be paid in addition by LUCE SAS to the customer in such cases.
Non conforming items
Are in accordance with corresponding articles
– error on the model
– color error
– received model not conforming to the visual
– quality general security reserves with customer service and sending photos.
All the articles of french legal guarantee of conformity (L211-1 and following of the Code of consumption) and guarantee against latent defects (articles 1641 and following and article 1648 of the french Civil code), for client to return the defective delivered items or non-compliant.
In case of non-compliance, the customer is invited to contact LUCE SAS within seven (7) days of receipt of his order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that the company confirms this non-compliance and he indicates the procedure for the return of LUCE SAS.
LUCE SAS will refund the customer whose payment has already been debited within the payment period (25) days of payment. No compensation will be paid in addition by LUCE SAS to the customer in such cases.
Right to retract
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the french Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
If the customer uses his right of withdrawal, LUCE will immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of the retraction on a durable medium (for example, by email) accompanied by a free return certificate. Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of LUCE.
How to return items
To return the item(s) in case of exchange, retraction or non conformity, it is sufficient for the customer to send an email to the following address: email@example.com.
The email must contain the following elements:
-Title: “Product(s) Return” by specifying Non conforming item or Right of withdrawal or Exchange.
-Email address of the attached account
A free return print voucher will be returned in case of exchange or non conformity or retraction. The return package must be sent to LUCE and the proof of it sent at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any shipment made by the customer himself, without going through the return form, will not give rise to refunds of the delivery costs of this return which will be at his expense.
The first shipment of the product remains the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Only return costs will be borne by LUCE.
LUCE does not accept returns of items postage due.
Returns outside the EU
For returns/exchanges from non-EU countries, the customer must clearly indicate on the customs clearance bill that this is a non-commercial shipment with no commercial value, to avoid the payment of customs duty to the charge of LUCE SAS.
In the case of an exchange, LUCE SAS will do the same to avoid a second payment of customs duties payable by the customer.
Returned item(s) must be new, unused in their original box.
Returned item(s) must not have been worn/used and be in their original packaging, all items, packaging, item, must be returned in excellent condition.
Any returned item soiled and/or damaged by the customer will not be taken back.
Upon receipt of the package, LUCE will judge the perfect condition of the returned items.
No return will be accepted if the returned item(s) has been visibly used or damaged by the customer, such use or damage rendering the item(s) unsuitable for sale.
If the return is refused by LUCE for the reasons stated above, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at the latter’s expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or refund. right to reimbursement, except for the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the items sold.
The customer will be reimbursed by the LUCE for all the sums he has paid for the order for the item(s) he/she has returned, with the exception of the costs of return to LUCE SAS which remain the responsibility of the customer in the case of a simple dissatisfaction.
The refund of the returned items will occur within a maximum period of twenty-five (25) days from the date of receipt by LUCE SAS of the package returned by crediting the bank account or Paypal account that was used during the order .

For any information, question or advice, the Customer service of LUCE is available to the Customer by email to the following address: email@example.com.
The construction, validity and performance of these document shall be governed by the laws of France excluding the conflict of laws principles thereof.
